BRIDGING THE GAP THROUGH SCIENCE
 
Launching the TRX Functional Training Tools line has been a natural progression. In 2012, the TRX Training & Education Team started using these tools, along with the TRX Suspension Trainer, with the U.S. Military. These Functional Training Tools have since been integrated into our Foundational Movement-Based Education Curriculum. 
 
The TRX Education curriculum begins by setting the TRX Foundational Movement STANDARDS on the Suspension Trainer in the Suspension Training Course. Once these standards are perfected on the straps, other modalities (aka conditions) —eg. Kettlebells, Med Balls, Slam Balls, Conditioning Ropes — are introduced in the TRX Functional Training Course.
